CORE POLICIES:
• Core charge must be paid prior to your order being shipped. Customers may return cores up front to avoid paying core charges.
• The core is the old unit, which was replaced by the new, refurbished, or rebuilt item.
• Core charge for each injector is $100 / Core charge for high pressure fuel lines is $100/set.
• Cores must be returned in original packaging (including protective caps) in order to prevent damage during shipping.  Please use a new shipping box if necessary.
• Cores must be returned physically intact, in rebuildable condition. Disassembled and/or damaged cores (fire damage, broken plugs/solenoids, damaged threads, vise marks, missing components, etc.) will be given partial credit, at the discretion of InjectorsDirect.com
• Cores returned must be like-for-like (the same model as the replacement injectors ordered)
• Cores must be returned within 60 days of original order date.  Cores returned after 60 days will be issued 75% credit.
Please take extra care to handle and package cores carefully.
Core return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cores may be returned via any common carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, ETC). Insuring core returns is at the discretion of the customer. Completed and signed core/warranty card stub must be returned with cores in order to expedite core refund & activate warranty. Core deposit refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt and inspection.
Refunds will be issued directly back to original funding source (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal Etc.)

To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (or “RMA”) number from InjectorsDirect.com. To obtain an RMA number, please call us, and provide the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy.
Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt, inspection of goods and confirmation that they are new and in resalable condition.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Original shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount.

NO WARRANTY OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT RETURNED TO INJECTORSDIRECT.COM.  THE WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE AND IS ONLY VALID TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER.

The warranty period (the “Warranty Period”) is as follows: (i) all refurbished and remanufactured Products have a two (2) year warranty from the original invoice date and the warranty shall apply only to the parts contained within the kits; and (ii) all new Products have a three (3) year warranty from the original invoice date. If during the Warranty Period any of our Products fail to function as designed and not as a result of outside damage, improper installation or misapplication, InjectorsDirect.com will repair or replace the component, at its option.
The Products are provided on an “as is” with all faults basis and with no warranty except the express warranty set forth above.  To the maximum extent permissible by law, InjectorsDirect.com disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.  Under no circumstances shall InjectorsDirect.com, its directors, shareholders, officers, agents, employees, successors or assigns be liable for any injuries or damages whatsoever to any person or property arising from the installation or use of the Products, which shall include, but not be limited to, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damages.  To the maximum extent permissible by law, InjectorsDirect.com’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for any Product that gives rise to any liability.

DAMAGE CAUSED BY CONTAMINATED FUEL WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED PRODUCTS.
InjectorsDirect.com shall be in no way responsible for the Products proper use and service and by purchasing any of the Products, you hereby waive all rights, other than those expressly written herein.  This warranty shall not be extended, altered or varied.
Any Product that is in question of warranty must be returned prepaid to InjectorsDirect.com and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt.  All Products will be checked and repaired, or replaced, at the sole discretion of InjectorsDirect.com.  Any Product returned for warranty consideration that tests within specs will be assessed a $50 fee for cleaning / testing and will be returned at the customer’s expense.  All warranty claims are subject to approval by InjectorsDirect.com.  Under no circumstances shall InjectorsDirect.com be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for the defects, removal, or reinstallation of the Product or any other contingent expenses.
